TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All hirers must read and sign our hire contractThe total amount due for the hire of the equipment must be paid in full, in cash on the collection or delivery of the equipment.A non refundable booking deposit must be paid to secure all bookings made in advance of the hire dateĀ (amount to be agreed, dependant on quantity of equipment hired)All hirers of our equipment must provide: 1 official photo ID (driving licence, passport or equivalent) plus 2 proofs of address (a recent bank or utility bill showing their current address). NO exceptionsA refundable security deposit is required (the amount to be agreed at the time of booking and is dependant on the value of goods hired,I (the hirer) acknowledge receipt of the listed equipment from, Clouds Events, which I accept is in good working order.I (the hirer) am competent to set up and operate the equipment in accordance with health and safety regulationsI (the hirer) accept that the security deposit will only be returned in full if all the equipment is returned to Clouds Events in good working condition, and by the agreed return date, otherwise deductions may be made to compensate for any loss.I (the hirer) accept responsibility for the full value of any of the equipment hired until it is returned. We recommended you arrange insurance cover for this period, and store the equipment securely whilst it is in your custody.I (the hirer) accept responsibility for any damage, howsoever caused, to the equipment during the period of hire. (excepting normal wear and tear)I (the hirer) will pay any costs incurred by Clouds Events in repossessing the equipment or the collection of any fees due. The hirer will inform Clouds Events of any problems with the hire equipment during the hire period. The equipment must not be taken out of the country or sub hiredI (the hirer) have read, understood, and accept these terms and conditions.
Accompanied Hire Terms and Conditions
All equipment hired 'accompanied' remains the responsibility of Clouds Events while it is under the control of Clouds Events staff, and a security deposit is not normally required.If the equipment needs to be left overnight in the venue (i.e. a weekend show), then the security of the equipment becomes the responsibility of the hirer and a security deposit will be required (as below)A non refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking, and the outstanding balance be paid before the date of the hire or by cash on collection or delivery
PRICES
The prices shown on this site is for your guidance only, and are dependant on the actual equipment you hire, or the services we provide to you. At peak periods i.e. Christmas, New Year ect, the prices will be subject to a surcharge and some equipment may become unavailable for hire.
